- One cooking technique I used this 6 Weeks is baking. The definition of baking is to cook in the oven with dry heat. I used this method when making sugar cookies.
- Another method I used was Browning which is turning the surface of a food brown by placing it under a broiler or quickly cooking it in hot fat. This technique was used when I made Taco Soup.
